Counselling for adults (18+)

There are as many reasons for entering into counselling as there are people.

These are some of the concerns I’ve worked with people on:

Anxiety, feelings of worry or preoccupation

Low mood, or feeling unfulfilled, empty or directionless

Anger, which may or may not link to previous events in your life

Life changes, e.g. education, university, work or career change

Questions of meaning & value, e.g. parenthood, identity, family, vocation

Personal development, e.g. self-awareness, being the best you can be

I’m strongly committed to being the best counsellor I can for every client, regardless of age, gender, whether you're cis or trans, ethnicity, heritage, sexuality, or political/ religious belief – and I’m open to hearing from prospective clients, whether you’re sure counselling is what you need, or whether you’re in two minds about it.

(“Just wondering” type enquiries are fine!).

I can able to offer appointments online, or in person at premises close to East Putney tube station in London - see 'times, fees etc' for details, including up-to-date availability information.

(Further information about my professional background is also available).

Either way, I’m looking forward to hearing from you; please call or email.
